Chef The Wooli Tavern located in Cape Woolamai, VIC is looking to employ a full time qualified and experienced CHEFs to be part of their team in their busy kitchen. Salary $76,550 To be considered for this role you must have; Australian trade qualified Certificate 3, 4 in cookery and Diploma or higher in hospitality management •Minimum 3 years full time local Australian experience is required. Ability to prepare all dishes displayed on menu as well as wide ranging specials from different cuisines. Experience in planning menus, developing recipes, preparing, cooking and maintaining food quality Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation Instruct cooks and other kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food. Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures Select and train kitchen staff as and when required Ability to maintain a clean kitchen and use kitchen appliances and equipment safely.
