We’re seeking a Curatorial Assistant to support the development and delivery of our dynamic exhibition program. Working closely with the Curator and Exhibition Program Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role across exhibitions, publications, artist projects, and public programs. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative, research and technical support for exhibitions and curatorial projects Assist with exhibition delivery, including preparation, installation and de-installation Prepare contracts, reports, and records in line with gallery standards Contribute to catalogues, labels, marketing materials and publications Conduct research and writing for exhibitions, grants and reports Support art handling, condition reporting, and artwork care using museum-standard practices Collaborate with internal teams (Public Programs, Marketing, Installation) to meet deadlines Assist in coordinating artist and stakeholder relationships About You You’re a motivated and detail-oriented team player with a passion for contemporary art and strong organisational skills. Essential Requirements Tertiary qualifications in Fine Arts / Visual Arts , or extensive Knowledge of Australian art and art history Experience with exhibition installation and art handling to professional standards Strong research, writing, and communication skills High level of computer literacy , including Microsoft Office and Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop) Understanding of copyright in the visual arts Current Class C Driver’s Licence Join our Team and Grow with Us!
