In this key role, you will act as a subject matter expert, delivering consultancy and advisory services to support the implementation of effective WHS and wellbeing systems in line with legislation, standards, and organisational requirements. Working closely with executives, managers, and staff representatives, you will lead initiatives that strengthen a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will take a lead role in risk management, incident investigation, hazard control, and injury prevention strategies, while driving a proactive, zero-harm approach across the organisation. HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of WHS and Wellbeing management systems, frameworks, policies, and strategies across the organisation. Provide expert WHS consultancy and advice to managers, supervisors, and leaders to support safe systems of work and reduce WHS risks. Coordinate and support incident investigations, risk assessments, workplace inspections, and hazard management activities to drive a zero-harm culture. Monitor compliance with legislation, standards, and internal systems, including maintaining registers, databases, and reporting to governance committees. Contribute to organisational projects, training, and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with People and Culture and other stakeholders.
