This role is based in Sydney or Melbourne with a hybrid pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. We’re Looking For a… Senior Front-End Developer who loves creating clean, intuitive user experiences and lifting engineering standards across the team. What You’ll Do Lead front end development using React, JavaScript and TypeScript Own and improve one core product at a time within a suite of digital products Set and champion front end best practice, including reviews, testing and accessibility Mentor other developers and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture Turn business requirements into simple, practical technical solutions About You You are a confident Senior Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, pairing with product and UX, and helping others grow. You care about quality, value clear communication and like working in a supportive, fast learning environment. Experience & Skills That Count Strong commercial experience with React and modern front end development Proven track record delivering responsive and accessible web applications Experience guiding others through code reviews and mentoring Comfortable working with Product Managers, Designers and other Engineers Nice to have: exposure to data or mapping visualisation, cloud environments and CI/CD practices.
