As a Support Worker, you’ll be a trusted companion and problem-solver, helping individuals maintain their dignity, independence, and connection to their communities We are currently recruiting for the following: Rosters may include: Permanent part time hours covering anywhere between 8am - 5pm (flexible to work with your availability). Majority of supports involves domestic cleaning in the customers homes Social outings for the customers wellbeing Personal care needed on occasion - training can be provided What You’ll Do: Support with daily living activities, including personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming), and mealtime management support. Assist with household tasks including domestic tasks, meal preparation, shopping, personal care and medication support. Help customers stay engaged with their families, friends, and local community. Think on your feet and find creative solutions to everyday challenges. We offer on-the-job training and buddy shifts to help you pick up all the skills you need! What You Need: Relevant Experience in cleaning or previous support work is desirable. Problem-solving skills and a calm, mature approach. A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle. NDIS Worker Screening check (or willingness to obtain one).
