Public Relations, Communications and Partnerships Manager ( Requisition ID : 016632) Description Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint are looking for an experienced PR, Communications and Partnerships Manager to deliver earned media, corporate and guest communications, and the amplification of partnership activity across Dreamworld, WhiteWater World, SkyPoint and our other brands. The role focuses on how and when the business shows up publicly through media, partnerships, announcements and stakeholder engagement. It leads proactive and reactive PR, media engagement and key activations, working closely with the Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team to amplify campaign reach and support brand reputation. This role ensures the organisation’s key stories, announcements, partnerships and public moments are delivered clearly, professionally and with strong media impact. What you’ll be doing Lead proactive and reactive media relations to elevate brand visibility, support reputation and extend marketing reach. Identify and maximise opportunities for earned exposure Support and enhance the organisation’s reputation by assisting in the management of issues and potential risks. Support the delivery of clear, consistent and effective communications internally and externally Translating approved strategy into clear delivery plans Support strong storytelling across campaigns, content and brand activity to maximise communication impact Support the development and management of partnerships that strengthen brand visibility and marketing reach. Support the planning and delivery of PR moments, launches and partnership activations that amplify paid and owned activity Track and report on PR and communications activity to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement. Using performance insights to continuously improve delivery and return alongside the marketing team We offer a flexible work environment; however, due to the nature of the business and the role, this position is primarily based on-site and may involve some after-hours and weekend work What we’re looking for 7 years’ experience in public relations and communications roles, ideally within complex or high profile organisations. Proven ability to secure high quality earned media coverage through strong, trusted journalist and media relationships. Demonstrated experience leading corporate communications, issues management and crisis response. Exceptional written communication and storytelling capability, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling narratives. Strong copywriting, messaging and narrative development skills across multiple formats and channels. Track record of delivering earned media outcomes that amplify and enhance broader marketing campaigns. Ability to add strategic value across paid, owned and earned channels through integrated PR and storytelling approaches. Experience interpreting media performance data, including campaign analysis, coverage evaluation and reporting. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with creative, digital, operational and marketing teams. High attention to detail, with strong organisation, prioritisation and project management skills. Experience supporting or delivering media training and executive media preparation. Experience working with influencers, creators or brand ambassadors. Experience planning and executing PR activations, launches and media events. Experience managing budgets, reporting and administrative processes. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong collaboration skills, particularly with content, creative and performance teams.
