My client is a looking for x 2 Project Managers to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth . Diverse projects between $10m - $30m Diverse commercial project experience is A MUST for this opportunity! X1 Project Manager must be located Northside of the river. Ideal traits the successful candidate will have: 5 - 10 years of experience in the role. Diverse commercial project experience. Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others. Your Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.) Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $60m Your Rewards: Attractive salary package $180K - $210K super dependant on experience.
