What You’ll be doing This is a key role where your architectural and AI leadership will directly shape how millions of Australians engage with our brands. You will play a pivotal leadership role, setting and shaping and governing the technology and AI architecture strategy across Compare the Market and iSelect. Partnering closely with senior tech, data, product and business leaders, you’ll ensure our platforms and use of AI are scalable, secure, and fit for purpose. We’re evolving our platforms and capabilities, using modern architecture, cloud, data, and AI to support better decisions, stronger customer experiences, and continued growth. Owning the Enterprise Architecture roadmap, spanning AI, data, and digital platforms, aligned to business priorities Leading a high-performing architecture team, working closely with engineering, data, and product Setting and governing architecture standards across cloud, applications, integration, data, infrastructure, and AI Providing architectural leadership for AI-enabled solutions, including automation, personalisation, and decision-led platforms Overseeing major initiatives to deliver scalable, secure, cost-effective architecture, while ensuring responsible and compliant use of AI What’s In It for You At Compare the Market and iSelect, we offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your impact is tangible.
