Business Analyst ERP & Finance Systems transformation Great team and working environment! We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with the business and technical teams on a multi-year ERP / Finance Systems Transformation project. This is a pivotal role within a high‑profile, business‑critical initiative that will modernise and streamline core Finance and HR operations across the organisation. You’ll be working as part of a dedicated project team delivering a new ERP solution, with an initial focus on key Finance and HR modules, including: General Ledger (GL) & Accounts Payable (AP) - Phase 1 due to go live in July HR / Payroll (HR/PY) - Phase 2 / 3 These functions are essential to organisation’s operational success, and your work will directly influence how these processes evolve. What You’ll Be Doing As the Business Analyst, you will play a central role in shaping business requirements and ensuring the ERP solution meets organisational needs.
