The role Reporting to the Governance Leader, the Governance Officer plays a key role in coordinating corporate compliance activities, maintaining governance registers, and supporting Board and Committee operations. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legislative, regulatory and reporting obligations are met accurately and on time. What you’ll bring · Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information. · Strong administrative experience with highly developed communication skills. · Excellent time management and organisational skills. · Initiative in improving processes and supporting change.
