Team Lead Occupational Therapist - Community Aged Care $120K - $130K Super Salary Packaging About the Opportunity An established and growing allied health provider is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to step into a Team Lead role within community aged care. Working with Support at Home patients, you'll join a collaborative multidisciplinary team of OTs and Physiotherapists, delivering high-quality, client-centred care in the community. This is a genuine leadership opportunity with a balanced split between mentoring clinicians and managing your own reduced caseload.
