My client is a National Logistics business with a growing presence across the country. Due to consistent growth, they are looking to add a Customer Service Officer to the team based in Moorebank. This is a temp to perm role for someone with a positive attitude who wants to be part of a great team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support Accurately input and maintain data across systems and reports Check, reconcile, and file transport paperwork Assist customers with queries in a timely and professional manner Handle general office duties including phones, filing, and data entry Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and uphold company standards Assist in other areas of the business when required Act as a liaison between Customers, Operations and Management to ensure customer needs are met Familiarity with TMS software (preferred) You will ideally have 1-2 years in a similar role in transport & logistics.
