Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating daily timesheet processing across the business Processing weekly payroll, including termination payments Setting up new employees in line with payroll deadlines Maintaining and optimising the COINS Payroll system Supporting continuous improvement of payroll processes, systems and standards Responding to payroll queries from employees, supervisors and managers Your skills and experience: Previous experience in a similar payroll position Strong knowledge of payroll statutory requirements Experience with COINS Payroll or similar systems Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong alignment with our values: Care, Integrity, Excellence If you share our values, are driven by teamwork and innovation, and are looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.
