The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Educator to join our team at Everton Hills. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and values building meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community Contribute to observations and documentation of children’s learning and development Work collaboratively with your team to maintain high-quality practices and compliance Essential Qualifications & Experience Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards) Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card – QLD) First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain) Completion of National Child Safety Training (Geccko) Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for working with young children Why Join Busy Bees?
