About the Defence Assistance Program (DAP) The Defence Assistance Program provides administrative and logistical support services within Defence workplaces, enabling Defence personnel to focus on their core responsibilities. Endeavour Foundation delivers this program across multiple Defence sites nationally, working in partnership with Defence to ensure consistent, secure, and high?quality service delivery. DAP teams work directly within Defence environments and play an important role in day?to?day site operations. The DAP Coordinator is the on?site lead responsible for service continuity, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, team coordination, and ensuring all activities meet Defence standards and expectations. About the Role Based at Holsworthy , you will be responsible for coordinating all DAP activities, supporting your team, and ensuring high?quality service delivery across the site. Key Responsibilities: Market and promote DAP services to the Defence community Build and maintain relationships with Defence stakeholders Coordinate day?to?day operations, rosters, training, and team absences Deliver presentations and provide information to Defence clients Ensure compliance, reporting, and smooth site access for contractors Identify and escalate issues that may impact service delivery What You Will Bring: Experience in the disability sector and working with people with disability Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills Ability to build trusted relationships in structured, professional environments Commercial awareness and sound problem?solving capability Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with insurance Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain AGSVA Baseline Clearance Why Join Endeavour Foundation?
