About the Opportunity William Clarke College is seeking an experienced and professional Director of Enrolments to lead our Enrolments Team, and to develop the Enrolments Strategic Plan in line with the College Strategic Plan. This Senior Leadership role reports to the Head of College, and has overall responsibility for enrolments targets and budget, all admissions, and the strategic direction and oversight of the enrolments team. The successful applicant will promote the College in line with our vision and values, and collaborate with the Community Engagement Team in ongoing engagement with prospective families. You will also develop, implement and manage processes for enrolment, working with the IT team and external providers as required. This is a permanent full-time position About You Demonstrated record of success as a leader who is able to guide, motivate and influence colleagues. Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a Marketing or Business Development position or similar.
