Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team at Wildflower Society in Macarthur Square, Campbelltown. This full time role requires an individual with strong culinary skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Qualifications & Experience: Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification). Minimum two years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen. Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen. Experience in stock control is an advantage. Duties & Tasks: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards. Ensure food presentation and quality meet company expectations. Monitor inventory and minimise waste. Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, when needed. Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines.
