Digital Marketing Specialist Bras N Things | Sydney | Ecommerce Team We’re looking for a bold, performance driven digital marketer who thrives in fast paced retail and is ready to drive growth for one of Australia’s most iconic lingerie brands. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll own the execution and optimisation of digital & performance marketing initiatives that drive traffic, revenue and customer acquisition across three websites and more than 170 retail stores. You’ll manage paid media, EDM, Affiliates and SEO activity as well as work closely with agencies and cross functional teams to deliver campaigns across the full funnel. This is a hands on, commercially focused role for someone who thrives in a fast paced retail environment and loves turning data into action. What You’ll Be Doing Own the end-to-end execution and optimisation of Paid Media (Search, Social, Display), SEO, EDM, SMS and Affiliate campaigns to drive traffic, revenue and acquisition Briefing internal & external creative teams, including managing UGC partnership to fuel performance marketing Manage significant monthly budgets, ensuring performance aligns to revenue and growth targets Deliver clear weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights and optimisation plans Develop and implement testing strategies to continuously improve channel performance Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, Loyalty, Social and Brand teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Lead campaign briefing and coordination with internal teams and agency partners to ensure on time high quality delivery Support key retail trade periods with agile, data led execution and optimisation Contribute to strategic digital projects while managing operational tasks including invoicing and store related updates What You’ll Bring 2–3 years in a digital marketing role (agency or client side) Experience across GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads & TikTok Ads Proven ability managing significant budgets and delivering ROAS Experience with CRM platforms (Dotdigital or similar preferred) Strong commercial acumen, you understand how digital impacts total business performance High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities A proactive mindset with strong stakeholder management skills Why Hanesbrands?
