(pro-rata) Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits CALHN Pharmacy, based primarily at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Part time, 12 month contract About the role Join us as Senior Pharmacist TQEH Surgery Team Leader and lead a dedicated pharmacy team delivering high quality surgical services. Provide leadership, guide medication management and support safe, effective and cost conscious therapy for patients. You will mentor staff, oversee service delivery and act as a key contact for clinicians. Working closely with pharmacy leadership, you will support policy development, staff capability and service improvement while contributing expert clinical input within the surgical area. About You You’re an experienced clinical pharmacist ready to lead a surgical pharmacy team. You bring strong leadership, communication skills and the ability to drive safe, high quality medication management. • Bachelor of Pharmacy and eligible for Board registration • Experience in hospital pharmacy and team leadership • Lead change and improve service delivery outcomes • Communicate well and work across multidisciplinary teams About us Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is a unique public healthcare organisation that serves health consumers and provides specialist clinical services to the health system in South Australia.
