The Role: Act as the face and voice of the branch, qualifying inbound calls and emails from plumbers, contractors, and architects. Accurately enter orders into an ERP system (Pronto) Manage freight and couriers for customer deliveries or liaise with clients to coordinate their own collections. Monitor stock levels and raise transfers from interstate or overseas, coordinating arrival via sea or air. Work closely with the Office Manager and internal sales team to provide availability, lead times, and product information. Think on your feet to resolve delivery issues or stock shortages, ensuring the customer’s project stays on track. About You: A background in Real Estate, Construction, or Industrial Customer Service is highly regarded. You are comfortable in a "rough around the edges" contractor environment but can remain professional when dealing with high-end consultants and architects. You love to archive and manage your inbox with high efficiency. You have a great phone manner and aren't afraid to be "straight" with customers to manage expectations. Experience with PRONTO is a huge advantage, but if you are a quick learner with ERP systems, we want to hear from you. Ideally located South of the River for an easy commute to the Bannister Rd area.
