Job Description For the Humelink East Project, we are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Casual Shuttle Bus Driver to support transport operations, including airport pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as transporting employees to and from training locations. This role is ideal for someone flexible and dependable, with a strong commitment to safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a shuttle bus for airport transfers and training transport services Pick up and drop off passengers in a timely and professional manner Follow designated routes and schedules, with flexibility for operational needs Conduct daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies Provide a high level of customer service to all passengers Assist passengers as required, including handling light luggage if needed Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle Accurately complete required logs and report any incidents or maintenance issues Required Skills and Competencies Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) driver’s licence (essential) Ability to pass a medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening Valid working rights in Australia A current Bus Driver Authority issued by Transport for NSW is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
