Initial 12 month assignments .Net (C#, ASP.Net, .NET MAUI) Melbourne, Canberra & Brisbane offices Green Light Australia is actively adding an experienced Senior .Net Mobile Developer (MAUI) to join our delivery team to assist in the delivery of services into one of our key government partners, supporting the Digital Identity Services program . This opportunity will function as the strategic interface between client stakeholders and the internal delivery function across various business units. Key to success in this position will be strong experience developing cross‑platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI , alongside building backend web services on the Microsoft stack to support secure, scalable digital identity solutions. The role will contribute to the design, development and maintenance of mobile and backend components within a SOA environment on a continuous integration and delivery model. This team provides end-to-end delivery capability across mobile application development, backend services and cloud integration, delivering secure, enterprise-grade mobile solutions within large and complex environments. This role does require an active AGSVA baseline clearance at a minimum. Australian Citizens willing to obtain a baseline clearance can apply for the role. Responsibilities: Design and develop cross‑platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI with a strong focus on usability and performance Develop backend web services using C#, ASP.Net and REST to support mobile and identity services Strong understanding of Mobile User Interface design, including Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design Experience implementing native integrations in iOS applications (including XIN) Build and integrate secure mobile solutions incorporating identity and access management principles Integrate applications with RESTful APIs using HTTP, with solid understanding of RESTful design considerations Apply software design patterns and object‑oriented development principles Ensure application performance, including profiling and optimizing memory usage in native applications Requirements: 5 years as a Senior .Net Developer, C# Commercial experience delivering production mobile applications using .NET MAUI Previous experience with cross‑platform mobile development using Xamarin Native and C# Working knowledge of Objective‑C / Swift and/or Java / Kotlin Experience in application security and identity management, preferably involving OpenID and JWTs Strong experience integrating mobile applications with backend services and APIs Proven experience delivering within a continuous integration and delivery model Experienced working within agile delivery environments Strong communication skills with the natural ability to break down complex concepts into deliverables How to Apply: Apply Now!
