A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced IT Project Change Analyst to join a large government organisation on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll play a key role in delivering change across a range of IT projects, working closely with project managers and stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness, and successful adoption. Key Responsibilities: Deliver end-to-end change management activities across IT projects Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis Develop and implement change and communication plans Support business readiness and user adoption Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery About You: Strong experience in IT change management Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience working in complex project environments Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies Familiar with change frameworks such as PROSCI/ADKAR (desirable) What’s on Offer: Contract with a well-established government organisation Great team environment on the Sunshine Coast Opportunity to work on meaningful IT projects Apply now or get in touch for more information.
