We’re working with a large government organisation looking for an experienced AWS Connect Engineer to support and enhance their cloud-based contact centre environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be managing and improving Amazon Connect, building integrations, and helping deliver reliable, secure cloud solutions across multiple teams. The role Manage and support Amazon Connect environments Build and optimise contact flows and integrations (Lambda/APIs) Ensure systems are secure, stable, and cost-effective Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve performance Work closely with cloud, network, and project teams on delivery What you’ll need Strong experience with Amazon Connect Solid AWS cloud engineering background Experience with Lambda and system integrations Scripting/automation skills ( Python, Terraform, or AWS CDK ) Good understanding of IAM, security, and best practices What’s on offer $94.81 per hour super Contract through to October Brisbane CBD location Work on large-scale government cloud solutions If you’re an AWS engineer with strong Connect experience and looking for your next contract, apply now or reach out for a confidential chat.
