About The Opportunity Lead change activities within selected key initiatives, while also guiding and supporting others who are leading change, to ensure disciplined and effective change management that delivers lasting, high‑impact outcomes. Partnering collaboratively with leaders across the enterprise, this role strengthens capability, aligns priorities and ensures sustainable performance outcomes. Initially offered as a 12-month contract, this role forms part of ARTC’s longer-term transformation agenda and can be structured as either full-time or part-time. Ongoing opportunities may arise as our enterprise change capability continues to mature. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end change management for nominated projects and initiatives, applying structured methodologies, principles and tools, and delivering key artefacts including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, change management plans, and communication and engagement plans. Partner closely with project and business teams to guide and support change activities, providing coaching and quality assurance of key change deliverables. Develop, embed and continuously enhance enterprise-wide change management frameworks, processes and toolkits. Drive organisational change capability uplift through targeted upskilling, coaching and the promotion of best practice methodologies. Facilitate cross-divisional collaboration to share insights, reduce duplication and ensure alignment of initiatives and approaches. What do we want from you? To ensure success in this position, applicants will be able to demonstrate: Extensive experience applying contemporary change management methodologies to deliver sustainable, embedded outcomes. Demonstrated expertise in developing and reviewing key change artefacts, including stakeholder analysis, impact and readiness assessments, and comprehensive change and communication plans. Proven ability to partner with and coach project and business leaders to successfully lead change. Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (or equivalent experience) and certification in at least one recognised organisational change methodology. Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and relationship management across complex environments. Influential communicator able to simplify complex messages, build trust, manage resistance and guide people through change. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
