About This Role Your new role: The Clinical Nurse plays a pivotal role in delivering advanced, person‑centred mental health care to older adults, providing clinical leadership and supporting high‑quality service delivery across the Older Adults Mental Health Service. Provide advanced clinical assessment, care planning and coordination for consumers with complex mental health needs, functioning autonomously and supporting the healthcare team. Deliver safe, compassionate, person‑centred care aligned with professional standards and quality frameworks. Lead and mentor nursing and multidisciplinary staff, contributing to education, supervision, and professional development. Support service improvement through participation in quality initiatives, incident review, research, and innovation. About You You are an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse who brings advanced clinical capability, strong leadership qualities, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality mental health care to older adults. Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in mental health nursing, with the ability to manage complex presentations and deliver evidence‑based care.
