How you'll make an impact We're looking for a sales hunter to join our established new business team and develop leads for new solutions outside of our core customers across Australia and at an international level. This includes cold calling prospects, qualifying business needs, and discussing the value of Kudosity's SMS use-cases and benefits in face-to-face meetings. You will be working with a team of supportive and inclusive individuals, passionate about technology and who like working through a diversity of problems to solve. You'll enjoy the challenge of uncovering new opportunities through face-to-face interactions with a varied client base and developing and maintaining a healthy new business lead pipeline. What you'll do Learn our core SMS platform products, processes, features, benefits, pricing and market conditions inside and out. Make daily outbound calls to prospects aimed at qualifying meetings, setting appointments for follow-up calls. Conduct product demos, articulating Kudosity's value propositions, nurturing high quality leads through to paid customers. Quote and discuss pricing and options for both new inbound leads and existing customers as required. Pitch suggested upsells, value-add ideas and micro strategies to business customers to increase volume and participation on the platform. Provide overflow support as needed for other BDMs, Account Managers and Sales Managers. What you'll bring Established networks across a wide range of industries and businesses, demonstrating a proven ability to forge strategic partnerships in the ever-evolving CPaaS sector. Extensive knowledge of Telco carrier networks and message termination of SMS, MMS and RCS messaging, as well as early insights into social platform messaging. Demonstrable high performance results in client-facing roles including technical solution-based selling and contract renegotiation. Confidence, conviction and comfort in conversations with business owners, marketing managers and IT managers. A personal interest in all things technology and a high conviction view on trends in the market. An entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset is highly regarded.
