The project: This is a complex, large scale, infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the people and bring a positive impact to the community. Working with an amazing client and talented Mace team, this project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for: Lead the commercial framework of the programme, driving strategic outcomes and sub function KPIs. Provide clear leadership to teams, ensuring excellence in delivery and a culture of continuous improvement. Build strong partnerships with senior internal and external stakeholders, influencing at c suite and board level. Maintain full commercial accountability, including pursuing additional sums, extensions of time and claims. Oversee reporting, performance management, coaching and development to build high performing teams. Champion net zero goals through proactive carbon management across delivery activities. You’ll need to have: Strong commercial acumen with expertise in procurement, contracts, value engineering and risk management. Proven experience leading bids, managing P&L and building senior client and supply chain relationships. Effective communicator with strong leadership, presentation and team management capability across diverse projects. Degree qualified with professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS/CIOB) and relevant site certifications (CSCS, SMSTS).
