Job Description Manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports in line with regulatory requirements. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory obligations. Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring operational efficiency. Lead and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial improvements. Support audits and liaise with auditors to ensure seamless audit processes. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have: A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7 years experience in a Finance Manager position Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong knowledge of financial regulations within the health industry. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
