What you will need! Demonstrate high level organisation and coordination skills Ability to work independently Proven experience providing high level administrative support and advice Training an administrative team as required Emotional intelligence in difficult situation's Experience in planning and managing assets and resources to achieve targets Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills Driver's license essential and own transport Current working with children's card essential Must be reliable and punctual Must have weekend and night availability High attention to detail Maintain accurate records Travel within the Northern Territory, sometimes at short notice to support disaster affected regions What you will be doing Coordinate rostering, administrative requests and undertake daily resourcing and reconciliation's Assess and finalise payments in accordance with guidelines. Provide guidance and mentorship to Welfare Group Support Officer's. Work closely with Welfare Group Team Leaders and Managers. Manage client requests with empathy and professionalism.
