What you will need! Driver's license essential and own transport Current working with children's card essential Ability to gather and interpret data to create and develop work flows Well developed analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills Ability to identify and manager operational risk Established understanding of procurement and financial management practices Ability to practically apply the relevant legislation in operational settings Experience in planning and managing projects, assets and resources Well developed communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership and team management capability Must be reliable and punctual Must have weekend and night availability High attention to detail Maintain accurate records Travel within the Northern Territory, sometimes at short notice to support disaster affected regions What you will be doing Support the coordination of operational requirement including those of collaborating agencies and clients Support the purchasing, financial management and distribution of resources Support mobilisation and demobilisation of resources necessary to meet localised service delivery requirements. Provide training, leadership support and structure for staff Manage assets, stationary and accountable items. Work closely with the Welfare Group Manager and relevant leads to prepare logistics and intelligence on daily tasking. Manage and maintain records accordingly. WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?
