As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Accountant to take ownership of a client portfolio. This is a key role within the firm and requires strong communication skills, client relationship capability, and the confidence to operate with a high level of autonomy. The business has a strong focus on advisory services, client relationships, and continuous improvement through technology and training. Responsibilities include: • Managing your own portfolio clients across a range of industries • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and building long term relationships • Delivering compliance work alongside advisory support such as structuring, planning, and client discussions • Reviewing work completed by junior team members and providing mentorship • Managing workflows, deadlines and job budgets with confidence About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: • CA/CPA Qualified or studying - is desirable but not essential • 5 years of strong public practice experience • Confident managing your own client relationships • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • A proactive approach and interest in advisory work • A natural mentor who enjoys helping others develop • Looking for a long-term career move This role is ideal for a Senior Accountant looking to step into a more client-facing and leadership-focused position.
