Job Description Friendly working environment Great Sydney CDB location with remote working options The Role This is an exciting role reporting to the Project Lead, Education Governance Review, the position will have a focus on supporting the Education Governance Review Implementation, including secretariat support for newly established lead education committees throughout the duration of the project. The role will support the operationalisation of the new governance structure and assist transition to BAU. Main Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited Support a team culture which fosters individual and team growth to achieve organisational and project goals. Demonstrate a problem-solving approach and focus on quality improvement. Role-model RACP organisational values and embed these in project team practices. Support the development and review of products and collateral according to agreed business requirements and within established timelines. This includes committee transition plans, terms of reference, forms and templates. Collaborate with staff from ELA, Professional Practice and/or other business units where applicable through product review and operationalisation. This includes holding meetings and workshops to identify pain points, developing resolutions and ensuring products are functional within the BAU environment. Develop and update resources for members and staff, e.g., webpage, FAQs and information packs, as required. Communicate emerging risks and issues and escalate to management as required. Desired Skills And Experience The successful candidate will have: Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically in product development/review, to support operationalisation of the new education governance structure. Products include committee documentation, processes, forms and templates. Understanding of the importance of stakeholder relationships and demonstrated ability to build and maintain such relationships. Experience in preparing reports and communications within prescribed guidelines . Tertiary degree qualifications in a related field and/or relevant experience. Demonstrated administrative, organisational and multi-tasking skills. A commitment to professional member service and requirements for confidentiality. Ability to work flexibly within a team environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail. IT Capabilities: Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and video/teleconferencing platforms.
