We are now seeking a Compliance and Risk Officer to join the team, to help enhance and embed the Compliance program into the broader business. Working closely with the Head of Compliance & Risk, you will help to ensure any existing or emerging issues are identified and addressed. In this role you will: Investigate: with a curious mind, you will conduct deep dives and root cause analysis in relation to Quality, Compliance and Risk issues. Enhance & Embed: Policies, Frameworks, Handbooks and Playbooks across all of the Peninsula entities. Analyse: the full sales process to ensure sales procedures are compliant with regulatory authorities as well as our internal quality guidelines. Report: prepare compliance reports for key stakeholders that outline current and emerging issues and trends. To succeed in this role, you will have: 2 years experience: in a Compliance, Auditing or Quality Assurance role, ideally having worked in a regulated environment. Exceptional communication skills: Able to effectively communicate complex information to a range of internal stakeholders. An eye for detail: monitor compliance controls including conducting spot checks of processes. What's in it for you?
