About the Role As our Fleet Acquisition Officer, you’ll lead the acquisition and disposal of plant and equipment while developing fit-for-purpose fleet specifications that meet operational needs. You will: Manage procurement of fleet assets across a wide range of categories Develop and refine asset specifications in collaboration with stakeholders Monitor fleet performance and support replacement planning Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations Assist in the disposal of assets in line with policy Deliver high-quality service to internal customers Contribute to continuous improvement and safe work practices About You You’re a locally based professional who understands fleet operations and thrives on delivering practical, value-driven solutions. You bring: Experience in fleet, plant, or equipment acquisition Strong knowledge of vehicles and machinery (trucks, construction, or earthmoving preferred) The ability to develop detailed technical specifications and tender documentation Solid organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities A current “C” Class Driver’s Licence Highly regarded: Trade qualification or hands-on industry experience Why Join Us?
