About the position The Supervisor Electrical oversees the electrical team within the Building Services department, providing leadership and technical expertise to ensure efficient maintenance and operation of electrical systems under Property Services. Working under general direction of the Coordinator Electrical Services, this role is responsible for supervising the team's daily activities, coordinating work assignments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. As part of Property Services, the Supervisor Electrical collaborates with other teams (including but not limited to Plumbing; Carpentry, Bricklaying, and Painting; Signwriting; and the Facility Management Team) on complex, multi-faceted projects.
