MSS Security is seeking an experienced Full Time Security Officer to work across two of our sites in Pinkenba and Newstead, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and a strong security presence. Duties may include but are not limited to: Continual monitoring of CCTV and radio communications systems Maintaining visitor and contractor access, passes and escort Liaising with police and emergency response services Maintain Access Control system. Responding professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries. Monitoring and responding to fire and alarm panel alerts. Foot Patrols Maintaining logs and records of occurrences in a computer log, completing necessary paperwork, and using computer terminal to input and retrieve data in multiple systems. Skills & Experience Must be an Australian Citizen and hold an NV1 Clearance (or willing to obtain) AFP OSA security clearance desirable Certificate II in Security Operations (Or Higher) Current QLD Security licence with Unarmed, Crowd Control and Monitoring components Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain) Drivers License Must have a minimum of 2 years recent security experience.
