The position is casual and for the right applicant will be full time hours. About the Role As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet strict quality and safety standards. You will conduct routine testing, support production processes, and maintain accurate laboratory records. Key Responsibilities Perform microbiological and chemical testing of milk, cheese, and environmental samples Monitor product quality throughout the production process Record and analyse test results, ensuring accuracy and compliance Maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and cleaning Assist with investigations into quality deviations and non-conformances Ensure adherence to food safety standards, including HACCP and GMP requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality team About You Certificate IV or Diploma in Laboratory Techniques, Food Science, or a related field Previous experience in a food manufacturing or dairy environment (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of food safety standards and laboratory procedures Why Join Us?
