As a Construction Labourer at Tecside, you’ll be helping tradespeople with everyday tasks, keeping sites clean and organised, moving materials, and using basic tools. It’s physical work, fast-paced, and perfect if you like being active and seeing results at the end of the day. What You’ll Be Doing (but not limited too): Digging, sweeping, lifting, loading/unloading materials, and general site clean-up Assisting builders, concreters, landscapers, and other trades with basic tasks Handling tools, equipment, and materials safely Operating hand and power tools (training provided) Following safety rules and always wearing PPE Showing up on time and ready to work at different sites around Adelaide Supporting your team and following directions from supervisors Who We’re Looking For: You don’t need to be a tradie, but you do need the right attitude: Hardworking: You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves Reliable: We can count on you to turn up and give it your best Team Player: You work well with others and follow instructions Flexible: Comfortable jumping between tasks and sites Respectful & Professional: You treat people and the job with respect Safety-Minded: You follow safety procedures every time Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience on a construction site Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle Construction White Card Basic physical fitness – able to lift heavy loads Able to travel to multiple sites in Adelaide Clear communication skills Diversity and Inclusion Tecside values diversity and inclusion – we respect everyone and know strong teams are built from people with different experiences and skills.
