The business partners with clinics, major retail and e-tail channels and is focused on commercial growth, brand presence, and expanding market share through strategic partnerships and education-led initiatives. About the role Reporting to the Head of Retail, this standalone role manages national retail and e-tail partners. It focuses on driving sales growth, leading account strategy, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver strong partner performance. Key responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with national retail and e-tail accounts. This will include department stores and major online channels. Build and manage relationships with department store sales managers to drive in-store performance, execute promotions, and uphold brand standards across visual merchandising and customer experience, including new brand launches Oversee high-profile retail partnerships with national footprint and significant growth potential Analyse performance data and provide strategic insights Manage budgets to maximise ROI and support growth Key Skills and experience Proven key account or retail account management experience in a similar role within skincare, retail, or e-commerce Strong commercial acumen with analytical capability Experience in sales, marketing, and relationship management Strong communication, organisation, and time management to be able to manage multiple accounts and liaise with in-store sales teams Customer obsessed, curious, and a high performing self-starter who takes ownership and drives results.
