What You’ll Do Spend your time with customers, building relationships and winning work Bring in new business and grow existing accounts. Follow up quotes, conversations and opportunities properly Keep on top of your pipeline and stay organised Work closely with internal support so you can stay focused on customers Represent Couta across Greater Sydney, with some regional NSW and occasional interstate travel About You You’re confident with people and easy to deal with You follow things through and don’t drop the ball You’re commercially aware and comfortable talking numbers You’re self-driven and don’t need constant direction You want a role where effort actually leads to results Experience in plumbing, wholesale, trade or similar is helpful Driver’s licence and full Australian working rights required What You’ll Get Profit share with no ceiling Company car, fuel card, phone and laptop Autonomy to run your week and manage your territory Strong internal support so you can stay customer-focused Long-term stability as part of the Metal Manufactures Group About Couta Group Couta Group supplies piping systems and plumbing products to the trade.
