Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support What we’re looking for Current AHPRA Registration ( essential ) Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Friendly, professional, and effective communication abilities About Arcare As one of Australia’s leading aged care providers, Arcare operates over 60 residences across QLD, NSW, ACT, SA and VIC, supported by more than 9,500 team members.
