The Role Perfection Fresh, a leading Australian fresh produce company, is seeking an experienced and strategic Customer Lead - Retail Grocery to drive revenue growth, margin performance and strengthen customer partnerships across one of their key retail accounts. The successful candidate will need to be either Sydney or Brisbane based. As the Customer Lead - Retail Grocery, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, margin performance and strategic customer partnerships across one of their key retail accounts and product categories. You will own the customer commercial strategy, including range, pricing, promotional planning, and joint business planning, ensuring profitable growth aligned with Perfection Fresh's supply capabilities and category strategy.
