Job description Role Opportunity A leading specialist engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join its high-performing Perth team. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex structural engineering projects across a range of mining and minerals processing plant projects, while contributing to a reputation for delivering practical, innovative, and cost-effective solutions. Qualifications & Skills Degree-qualified Structural or Civil Engineer. 7 to 10 years of relevant structural engineering experience. Strong background in steel and concrete design within the mining sector Proficiency with structural analysis software and design tools. Effective communicator with strong stakeholder skills Duties & Responsibilities Undertake structural design and analysis for a range of mining projects Contribute to project planning, documentation, and coordination activities. Provide technical input, mentorship, and quality checks on engineering work. Prepare and review calculations, technical reports, and design documentation. Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards, codes, and safety requirements. Support continuous improvement and the development of practical design solutions.
