This organisation offers a primarily clinic-based service model , allowing clinicians to focus on therapy delivery within a well-resourced and supportive environment. With modern therapy rooms, strong supervision, and full administrative support, clinicians can focus on delivering high-quality therapy rather than spending their time travelling between appointments. They are currently seeking a new graduate or experienced Speech Pathologist who is looking to develop their clinical skills within a collaborative and supportive clinic team. The clinic primarily supports paediatric clients from early intervention through to 18 years , delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy within a supportive clinical environment. Key responsibilities include: • Delivering speech and language assessments and therapy • Developing therapy plans and goal-focused interventions • Working collaboratively with families, educators, and carers • Preparing clinical reports and documentation • Participating in supervision, mentoring, and team learning Who You’ll Be Working With You’ll be joining a team of 9 clinicians , including Senior Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants. The clinic is led by experienced clinicians who prioritise mentorship, professional development, and a supportive workplace culture. With strong supervision structures and an open-door approach to learning, clinicians are well supported as they build confidence and develop their clinical skills.
