As Release Management Lead, you will be accountable for the endtoend planning, coordination and governance of releases and environments, ensuring delivery outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, timelines and risk appetite. Key responsibilities include: Leading the planning, scheduling, monitoring and control of all major, minor, vendor and technical releases across the organisation Developing and maintaining a forwardlooking (12month) release and environment schedule with defined release gates Owning environment planning, booking and scheduling processes to ensure test and delivery teams are supported effectively Facilitating prioritisation and technical impact analysis of release content with delivery leaders to confirm feasibility within release windows Monitoring release progress and proactively managing risks, dependencies, conflicts and changes to minimise delivery impact Managing release change requests and presenting recommendations to release governance forums and boards Establishing, maintaining and enforcing release and environment management standards, processes and governance Driving continuous improvement of ART’s release and environment management practices, tools and reporting This role is a permanent opportunity. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Demonstrated experience performing a Release Management Lead (or equivalent) role in a mediumsized organisation or larger A proven track record of successfully managing complex, highvolume release and environment schedules Strong knowledge of release and environment management frameworks and governance practices The ability to quickly understand complex technology landscapes, environments and delivery dependencies Confidence engaging with senior leaders, delivery managers and technical teams to influence outcomes and resolve conflicts A strategic mindset, with the ability to balance longterm planning with immediate delivery priorities Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting release recommendations and impacts to governance forums A practical, deliveryfocused approach — able to hit the ground running with minimal rampup and operate autonomously About us Our 2.4 million members trust us to take care of over $330 billion in retirement savings.
