About the role We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team, working on a portfolio of projects in the QLD area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and ensuring the successful delivery of various projects, with a particular focus on safety, quality, operations, finance, and customer satisfaction. Key requirements include: Live and role model Eptec’s Zero Harm Values – drive a safety culture and collaborative team environment. Managing multiple small/medium multidisciplinary in-depth projects. Monitoring and managing all project execution requirements and timelines. Managing the client relationship. Maintaining cost levels and monitoring budgets. Liaise with internal departments and suppliers, including labour suppliers. Ability to problem-solve, ensuring concept to reality is created. Help to effectively meet and manage client expectations, and to continue to strengthen relationships. Skills and Experience Minimum 5-10 years’ project management experience, gained from Asset Remediation, Infrastructure or a Defense environment. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or a related field. Possess technical knowledge in coatings, surface preparation, management of hazardous substances and application processes. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders including clients, consultants and operational staff alike. High level business and commercial acumen NACE 1 or 2 certified, highly desirable. Familiar with Quality systems - progressing, ITPs, QA/QC liaison. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc). Work with integrity and dedication to forge strong relationships.
