Purpose-built, modern centre with high-quality resources Supportive leadership and a structured onboarding experience Clear career progression pathways within a growing organisation Eligible for the MEA Worker Retention Payment (15% of award rate) Purpose-built, modern centre with high-quality resources Paid Birthday Leave Wellbeing Leave 24/7 Employee Assistance Program Ongoing professional development and leadership support Competitive salary and benefits About the Role As Centre Manager, you’ll play a critical role in both the successful launch and ongoing success of the Highgrove Clyde North service: Lead pre-opening activities including setup, compliance and readiness Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing team from day one Drive enrolments and occupancy growth Create a positive, values-driven centre culture Oversee day-to-day operations once the centre opens Partner closely with our Head of Curriculum and leadership team Key Responsibilities Manage centre setup, opening and daily operations Recruit, onboard and develop a strong team of educators Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing culture Build strong relationships with families and the local community Ensure compliance with Regulations and National Quality Standards Lead continuous improvement and drive quality outcomes Maintain a safe, engaging and high-quality learning environment About You Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care Minimum 2 years experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role Experience in new centre openings (highly regarded) Strong operational, leadership and organisational capability Sound knowledge of Children’s Services Regulations & NQS Proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams Confident in driving occupancy and community engagement Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check Our Values At Aspire, everything we do is guided by our values: Inspiring and Nurturing Building Trust Empowering Excellence Connecting Communities We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and culturally respectful environment for all children and families.
