This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a Partner, take ownership of client relationships, and be part of building something locally. This is a role with a clear and genuine pathway to Partnership as the office grows. The Opportunity This is a highly client-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients while supporting and mentoring a small team. You’ll be involved in: Managing and growing your own client portfolio Building strong, long-term client relationships Reviewing work and providing guidance to junior team members Delivering tax and business advisory services Manage workflow, WIP, billing & deadlines Identifying opportunities to add value and support client growth Working closely with the Partner on strategy and business development The role blends hands-on technical work with leadership, making it ideal for someone ready to step up or already operating at a Client Manager level. About You You’re someone who enjoys working closely with clients and takes pride in delivering high-quality advice and service. CA/CPA qualified (or near completion) 5 years’ experience in public practice Strong technical skills across tax, compliance, CGT, GST, FBT & Div 7A Confident managing client relationships end-to-end Experience reviewing work and mentoring others Keen to progress your career toward leadership/partnership Why This Role?
