Australian owned stable and growing company located in the Hills are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive , positive, mature minded and experienced Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer to join their growing team. This role supports a team of approximately 80 employees nationwide and will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate payroll and accounts payable processes. The responsibilites included but not limited to are:- Process weekly payroll for all employees nationally using Wage Easy , including terminations, new employee set-ups, pay increases, and adjustments. Manage superannuation payments and reconciliations. Handle accounts payable tasks, including fuel bills, supplier payments, allocations, and bank reconciliations. Provide ad hoc general support as required. Serve as backup for Accounts Receivable functions when needed. Skills & Experience needed:- Proven experience in payroll and accounts payable for mid-sized or growing organizations. Strong knowledge of Wage Easy or similar payroll systems would be. a benefit. Experience with bank reconciliations, allocations, and general ledger support. High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
